Children’s Ministry Goals
- Instruct and encourage each child through God’s Word
- Assist parents in the spiritual development of their child
- Facilitate student and non-student relationships
- Train, equip, and encourage each student in Ministry
- Cultivate student leadership
The goal of Children's Ministry is to assist parents in training the children. We will do this by:
- Teaching and disciplining children in the fundamental truths of God.
- Routinely presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a clear, concise manner, appropriate for each individual child.
- Ministering to and providing support for the families of our children.
*Children's ministry is held during our 10a.m. service for the summer. They are divided up between 0 to 2 years olds (baby longhorns) and then 2 to 5 year olds (little longhorns).
